Magic Mouthwash

Did you know that the most popular search term that brings people here is “Magic Mouthwash?”  That’s right!  I think that is funny, but I remember when I was compouding a lot back at my days at the prison pharmacy (long-term care, right??), I googled the same phrase probably once a week.  I learned to use google as a brain rather than old pieces of paper cluttering up my life more than it already is.

So if you find me due to Magic Mouthwash, I hope you bookmark me and come back later to check out other things as well.

  1. Weird, I googled magic mouthwash today and found your post from June and then the one from today. Thanks for clearing up the magic mouthwash mystery, though. My sore throat appreciates it.

  2. There’s some irony. I’m a first-year nursing student and I was trying to find what the heck to put in my care plan for a product listed as “miracle mouthwash” on the rehab center’s medication administration record (MAR). Google search and - viola - your site. Since the compostion seems to vary by location, I think I’ll just have to hit the pharmacist up on what they put in it at that facility tomorrow…

I think I will bookmark this site, and even forward it to a couple of friends of mine who are in your line of work.
